Deep garnet red color. Fruity on the nose with strong aromas of cassis, plums and a touch of violets. The tannic structure is ample and well rounded.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Louis Latour 2011        €36

Cherry-red colour revealing intense aromas of cassis and liquorice. On tasting, it is rounded and supple with a cherry-stone finish.

Deeply coloured garnet. Balanced perfumes and substantial tannin presence. A distinct Pauillac.

2005 Chateau Lynch Badges, Bordeaux, Medoc, Pauillac      POA

Typical nose of 2005 with an explosion of cassis and deep dark red fruits, lots of lead pencil, and cedar. On the palate very dense and incredible power, full bodied, mineral, fruit bomb mid palate with lead pencil / graphite dominant, very masculine, excellent acidity and backbone, finishes decently long with tannins only balanced by the intensity of the fruit.

Chenin Blanc, M.A.N Vinters, South Africa  2014      €28

A crisp, clean, expressive wine. Vibrant aromas of baked apples and quinces. A versatile food wine with poultry, shellfish and vegetable dishes. Also fabulous as an aperitif for a hot summer afternoon. 

Grant Burge Benchmark Semillon-Sauvignon, Barossa Valley, Australia      €31

This popular Semillon Sauvignon Blanc style is shows bright lemon hues with hints of youthful green. The wine is typically fresh and crisp and shows varietal herbaceous characters with complimentary guava and subtle floral aromas and cut grass. These flavours follow on to the palate which is round and full, balanced with fresh acidity that finishes crisp and clean.

Gran Hacienda Sauvignon Blanc, Lontué  Valley, Chile     €27

This vibrant, mouth-watering, a brilliant crisp and refreshing wine has an intense aromas of citrus fruits with herbaceous notes typical of this variety and a concentrated fresh palate. An excellent tipple.

Attractive straw appearance with a delicate and appealing fragrance. Very pleasant, fresh and harmonious mid weight dry white wine.

Hunter’s Estate, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand    €34

Hunter’s is renowned for its classical, European style of Sauvignon Blanc – elegant and concentrated with lovely restraint. Gooseberry on the nose with hints of citrus and a lovely kick of minerality. A super wine.

Garnet cherry red with aromas of blackberries and redcurrants, and excellent balance between fruit and wood provides creamy sensations and pleasant toasty notes.

A classy wine from Marches with full rounded flavours. A good depth of red     and blackberry flavours and soft tannins are present on the palate.

Grant Burge GB Shiraz 56, Barossa Valley, Australia     €32
